Lenci Vermouth

This vermouth was born from a personal intuition of Alessia and from the collaboration with a historic distillery in Piedmont, the Beccaris Distillery in Costigliole d’Asti.

It is produced starting from our white wine to which ethyl alcohol, a minimum component of sugar and a natural infusion of wisely selected herbs and spices have been added. Given the strong personality and the already complex nature of the base wine (in terms of structure and taste-olfactory richness), we have chosen to preserve it by limiting the number of botanicals as much as possible. The most characteristic ones are, in addition to wormwood, rhubarb, bitter orange, ginger, cardamom and pink pepper. It does not contain flavors or dyes.

It is a golden yellow vermouth that has been conceived as a convivial aperitif, to be drunk neat with ice, orange peel and a few sage leaves.
